Sorry bro! I’m having the same thing with my c180 cgi 2010 model . I’m no mechanic but the pop up and the actual lock on the side of the door need replacing . Is that classed as the whole lock mechanism?
Hi. I guess you ve sold it meanwhile. I have the exact same problem on the same door. Did you have to change the whole lock mechanism or just part of it? Please advise what part I need. Thank you.
Have this problem on my 2009 ML320 right front door. From the videos looks like a real pain to get to and change the lock mechanism.

Am having the same problem guys with my C250 CGI 2010 model, the diagnosis was faulty Rear Left Door Lock, I bought a new one from Mercedes I did the installation all ok but yet not working. The wires are ok, unfortunately I don't have any diagnostic equipment at the moment, therefore, I need to send it back to my mechanic to diagnose it again.
Why can't you just replace the module like the unit indicated. Where is it? I would like to try that prior to replacing the entire motor.
I have the same issue with mine on the passenger side on both doors

It might be the actuator in the door. Might have to purchase a second hand one from the wreckers.

The Young Warlock hey, I fixed the issue day before Wednesday, what I did was buy the part from eBay, it’s called the door lock mechanism or actuator, look for the one with 3 wires on it. And then I got a mechanic shop to do it for me for 50£ and now it’s like a new door, it’s a 2 man job as the window has to come out as well as the door handle and it’s quite tedious, if advise you get a professional to get it done because there’s quite a bit of small parts and it’s just a long job for someone non experienced, my case was worse, as my door didn’t open and I had to break out the pin from the door and then it opened.
The Young Warlock the part number ended with 1315 something like that and started with A204720

Its actually door lock motor problem bcoz. we see that its locking/unlocking manually ...So in this class have to change Rear Right door Lock assy.
StrinZ a TownBand Jim Griffiths 1962pjb hey man my driver side door on my Acura will have similar issues. The power lock button works when I press it it will only lock the driver door and sometimes when I press it to lock and unlock sometimes it will work on the first press but when i flick it back and forth the other doors slowly die out and stop working. If I stick my key in my driver door usually it will lock or unlock all doors but now it’s only unlocking the driver door
