the 17th and most recent version of blood of the lamb, with new production from dr. dre and fnz. has finished verses from both kanye and pusha, plus a random singular adlib from consequence near the end of kanyes verse (likely from his references for this song since consequence has done references for early versions of blood of the lamb). background and hook vocals are from marsha ambrosious. also has a snippet of a donda speech where shes reciting a verse from a krs-one song called sound of da police for the intro. this song was in development for jesus is lord (basically just a demo version of donda) and later early versions of donda as a title track for the album before being scrapped, and it seems like it was randomly bought back and further developed in the donda 2 era judging by pushas references to his moms death and also the year 2022. unlike most donda 2 songs which have grimey trap beats, this song has a chipmunk soul based beat. its also much more conscious than any other donda 2 song. quality is a little rough. not on any known donda 2 tracklist despite coming from that era

nah, theres earlier versions of it that come from 2020 and maybe 2019 but this one was leaked on september 25th of 2023, and it was probably recorded in 2022 considering pusha referencing the year in a present tense on his verse

​@@nick6956yeah but the distance from pusha and kanye is different since it stems from pusha not being for kanyes beliefs while the beef with cudi was because of a friendship cudi had with pete, which kanye had most likely moved on from by the time he linked back with cudi since he didnt seem to care about kim anymore. its unfortunate that pusha and kanyes relationship is broken rn but maybe they can link back together if kanye does a 180 on how he is, pusha still seems to respect his artistry its just his views push doesnt get down with
