Vazken was an artist and will remain an artist, glad that he was able to build his dream home, Bravo Vazken Jan, and thank you, Mitch, for another beautiful video...
Thanks for another visit to Armenia outside of Yerevan. The manual labor that went into the construction of the traditional Armenian home is impressive.
Thankyou for this wonderful tour of such an incredibly beautiful home and location. I can really appreciate the amount of hard work that has gone into the build. Beautiful Hayastan
@peter Davidian...great to hear from you again, Peter. Yes, it's an incredibly beautiful place...and extremely welcoming...one feels a sense of peace and calm, as soon as you set foot on the property!🙏

Hello Mr and Mrs Mitch! It’s so nice to see you 😍 I am just speechless…. It’s a real paradise - the house, the view! I wish I could stay there for at least a few days 😍🌞
Beautiful video of this property! Amazing views and I love the pool overlooking the mountains. Mitch, at 54 years old I decided to go back to college and finish my degree in communications. One of my assignments is to study the country of Armenia and come up with a public safety idea that could be introduced to a local government of a town or city such as Yerevan help improve life safety. My idea that came to mind would be installing highly visible cross walks with rapid blinking yellow LED lights installed in the roadway along the full path of the crosswalk as well as the street poles to alert the on-coming traffic that pedestrians are crossing and to use caution when approaching. I would appreciate any feedback you might give toward this idea. Your videos have been excellent for my studies!! Thank you for reading!
Actually, any of you that are reading this comment that have good knowledge of Armenia are welcome to interject with thoughts and suggestions. Thanks so much.............

Ive been to Armenia and kind of agree with a lotof what you said in your next video, that I watched to. on why Diaspora not coming to Armenia. so 1st of all, like to thank you for the quick reply
BTW, I really liked Armenia when I was there in 2021, and as you mentioned I loved they still have strong family values and morals, because these are important to me . Also, I agree about the greedy people in rental, because I faced that myself when I was there. Greetings i inhertited a land of 1750 square meters which my father built a 120 sqm house in it its the first house viewing the mountain do you have any idea what this property would worth today i appreciate if you share with me thanks god bless
@ArmenianLifewithMitch hello it is located in garni and is the first house facing the mountain. I visited the house many years ago, and it's 1750sqm. I don't know the exact address my father built 7 years ago, a 120 sqm house on the property
@@VilbertT It doesn't really work like that over here. Per square meter price only applies to new builds, and even that can vary depending on region. So the best I can advise is to look at the local market on www.list.am/category/62?n=77&sid=360&price1=&price2=&crc=&_a5=0&_a3_1=&_a3_2=&_a34=0&_a4=0&_a37=0&_a78=0&_a76=0&_a38=0&_a80=0&_a82=0&_a81=0&_a35_1=&_a35_2= I've selected the parameters of Kotayk, Garni and house, so just check comparable house and land prices. However, don't be greedy, because a lot of current prices are hugely inflated and prices are coming down at last. Hope this helps.
