When this car was new, it was rare, believe me. Most people didn't own Grand Sport Buicks.
They were always more.
Buick made some beautiful cars back in the day.
Yes they did
My Dad got a 67’ GS 400 just a couple of weeks before I was born and we all went to south Texas to see my Grandparents when i was 2 weeks old, I layed on a pillow in the back floorboard
I once owned a '67 Buick GS400. It had bucket seats with center console. It had the turbo 400 trans with switch pitch converter. With only a 2:93 rear ratio I was hardly turning up any RPMs at 60 MPH.
Very nice, I had a 66, they call that air cleaner a Star Wars air cleaner, they are very expensive to replace if you can find one.
They can be and are made of plastic just like the grills.
Like $500 is what I paid for a spare one years ago.
@6806goats1 Yes, that's about right for a rim now, lol 😆
@@thomasthurston6656 You are correct
@@6806goats1 I saw one on e-bay for $900 3 weeks ago and it needed attention...Crazy!
Very nice vehicle.
Great ride.
A great car that is cheaper than a chevelle and really sweet. A totally great buy, too bad it doesn't have the a.c. components. It is slightly lighter without that heavy compessor, etc. Also no belt drag. I love this one
Nice 67 Buick only problem no bucket seats ?
Very cool car!
What would you give me for my 67!Riv?Needs paint refresh and interior, runs and drive, all original 430/400,console car TX?
very nice
wow. love it!
I saw your video on the scam bastards using your cars, photos and descriptions and calling themselves S-10 Auto Sales. Hard to believe that people actually fall for scams like that, as the old saying goes, there’s a sucker born ever minute. Great job of calling them out. Don’t understand why the Federal Trade Commission, FBI, and Interstate Commerce Commission haven’t done anything about them.
It was called the "star wars" air cleaner, exclusive to Buick only if I'm correct.
67 only.
@@thomasthurston6656Right, 67 for Buick GS's only.
@@canibusnj They came on the Riviera also.
@@thomasthurston6656You're right, forgot about the Rivs.
@canibusnj I also have post-production books that show it as an option on the other 67 Buick's, but I have a 67 Special Deluxe bought new by my great-grandparents. I have only seen them on the GS400 and the 430 Riviera GS. I have been with the Buick Club Of America for over 30 years.
The GS Buicks are so much better than Chevelles.
Under appreciated and misunderstood.
These are great driving and very fast cars.
