Consider doing a heat upgrade. I have a heat storm 240 volt ceiling mounted heater, should be the same brand as the one you have now but it’s much more powerful. Or you could do a mini split system with a heat pump, then you would also have ac in the summer. Nice build out either way!
Could you lower tv to be the same height as top of cabinet? That would drive my ocd crazy not being in a line. You can get a tube to run through the wall pretty easy.
Garage looks smaller with it drywalled. I also have a 20x20 garage. I’ve been following OG for like the past 4-5 years, so, I’m familiar with everything you’re doing. I like to park both of my cars in the garage, though. I had a 3 car garage option for my house, but; I decided to pay $1,600 and have the home builder turn the 3rd car garage into an optional den. So, inside the house, it’s a movie room, now. I have the Active 2.0. I was on the launch list. It’s been great over the past year or so. I really need to get it wall mounted like you did. I think you may have sold me on the garage lighting, though. I love how bright it is in there. I don’t work on my own car. I spent too many years turning wrenches on F-16s for the Air Force. I couldn’t care less about turning another wrench, as long as I live. But I need those lights to wash the G82.
Believe it or not, the space feels larger in person due to foundation painted the same as the walls. It makes the walls feel larger and higher. Any questions, let me know!
@@Scoobyfreak86 thank you. I will definitely let you know. Any plans to get the wall mount garage door opener? I have the Liftmaster 8500W already. Such a huge difference.
@g.dubyou6263 eventually yes. I plan on doing a cost breakdown of everything done and I’ll go into why I didn’t go with the side mount opener at this time.
I know you don’t have the sti anymore but I was wondering if you used to rub with your fitment. I’m running very similar specs to what you had but I can’t fix the rubbing in the rear. Thanks you!
@@Scoobyfreak86 Gotcha I’m only running -2 in the rear. Guess im gonna have to file down where the rear bumper meets the quarter panel. Appreciate the reply and thanks for the content!
I’ve been watching your garage build as I’m about to build a detached two car garage. Can you tell me how many feet you have between your garage door and wall? I like where you mounted the pressure washer and vacuum and was curious if I would have enough room to do the same. Thanks.
The Daytona jack should fit under the husky tool box if you remove the handle. Put the handle in the cabinet, that way you aren’t picking it up every time you need to use it or move it.
It may not matter, but i think its against fire code to cover a breaker panel? Maybe something to look into. Garage looks great though! My black audi s4 if not looking forward to the upcoming Georgia pollen season parked in my carport.
@@Scoobyfreak86 i think covering the metal panel doors with pictures or poster and what not or blocking access would be the issue if some one were to inspect the property. Could be different up there in nj. Just somthing to look into.
No where haha. When I’m in the garage I’m working on the car. Whether it’s washing or mods/maintenance, the space gets used as intended. I don’t sit and watch movies.

15+ years out of the Samsung... I probably would have gotten another Samsung.
Looks so much better with the 55" though!
Ive been enjoying the garage build, it gave me some ideas for my garage
Awesome! I’m glad I was able to help give you some ideas. This has been a blast documenting. Any questions let me know!
It looks good , better off with the new tv. Thank you for the videos
every time I saw that tv it reminded me of that office episode!
Ha! One of the best episodes.
amazing transformation! 👏🏽
Just a thought, what about some Swisstrax in front of the sub?
Possibly. I have a bunch of tiles to play around with so it’s an option for sure.

Yes can lower it down since there is a few notches on the back bracket.

No rubbing at all. I was running -4 camber all around and rolled rear fenders.

21” on either side of the door
I’m thinking 65” would’ve been perfect

Good idea! I’ll try that out
I think you should paint the interior door trim black, would look better
The door to the house? I don’t want it to stand out. I painted it all harbor gray to blend it and make it look like one complete wall.

LG sucks they dont stand behind their products when they go out after a year 🤔🤔
I’ve had good luck with lg over the years. We shall see how this one fairs.
