That is how it is pronounced.The Whole of Kilkenny would smell of the hot worth on cold winters evenings. I grew up close to Kilkenny and unfortunately Smithwick's was thought of as a old mans drink. Guinness, Heineken, Budweiser and Bulmer's are the most popular. I now live in Perth Western Australia where Kilkenny as its named here is extremely popular among the locals. Sad how Irish People don't support there local industry's.
