Gear Cutting on the Horizontal Milling Machine

I have a gear cutting job to make a special gear for a Bridgeport milling machine head. The viewer who I am making this for turned the gear blank for me on his lathe and then sent me the gear to cut using a dividing head on my Kearney & Trecker 2H Horizontal Milling Machine. In this video, I will go through setting the milling machine up for gear cutting and getting the job done.
