  • The latest development from the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless combines supportive housing and integrated health care services in one location. The Affordable Care Act makes expansion possible. Stout Street Health Center and Renaissance Stout Street Lofts increases integrated health care access for up to 18,000 homeless individuals each year while providing supportive housing for 78 formerly homeless households.     from year of 1991 'till 2005 I'd walk from st.francis center to stout to just get warm on very cold days and medical attention when I needed it. I remember a lady by the name of Jo ann who'd always say Alabama I hope that someday you would quit drinking because it will ruin your health. If she saw me today she'd be proud to know that I have been sober for 7 years and now work with homeless vet at Aurora Mental Health. God Bless Stout Street Clinic. Michael George
