I bought steel from Phil’s hardware June ,6 2022 for $196,200 and September 9 ,2022 is $158,440 per ton for 1/2” steel so the steel price is going down at this time hopefully the price will continue to decrease. Thanks for sharing 👍

Thanks for quick response, good job steel prices abit off as at august 2022 even at tankweld. very detail and informative though you seem very hands on. you should still have alot of 3/8 left over to do walls apart from foundation. Keep up the great work.
No problem at all. The prices for materials will fluctuate but yes, as best as we can, we try to check in. Back at work though so it's more challenging. We did have a good amount of 3/8s left yes. Thanks much though.
Oh no Harrington. The costs are based on purchases made this summer...between June and July. In all the videos. There was a dip in prices starting in May or so.
Thank you Patrina, Tankweld is the best place to buy it but that's if you're in Kingston and not in a rush. You could also try Phil's as well. I think they had a similar price to Tankweld, which was surprising.
We are strictly Tankweld fans but we learnt that they may not send off the same day of order so you can also try Phil's Hardware Ltd...they were the same price as Tankweld up to last month.
Uhm, I guess the inspector and steel expert aren't experts afterall then Barry? Do share your expertise with all of us. We would love to learn from you.

I believe they did ten inches to 12 inches (1 ft).
