yes the original Synergy was a Pearl, but this is very much like my first 300 ball, the Synergy Solid. Most excellent.

I still have a Track Synergy Pearl. They did make a solid version as well.

I watched your review on the Track Cypher and was wondering if you think this ball would be a good choice for a stroker type bowler who throws a full roller release? I'm a senior that hasn't bowled in 25+ years, but I would like to start bowling again. Needless to say, alot has changed in the selection of equipment since I last bowled. I would be interested in your thoughts on the type of ball that suits my style for league bowling, i.e. coverstock, core, drilling setup, etc. Any information would be appreciated since I'm trying figure out what I should buy. Thank you.

I think it could be really good for that. Full rollers are usually very up the ball up the ball, as it's usually caused by pulling your fingers in at release. That makes the ball roll very end-over-end, and not very angular. Because the Cypher has more length and flip than the usual benchmark type ball, this could give full rollers a better option for when there's a decent amount of oil on the lanes but not enough where you need an extremely high-powered ball.

Recently found your channel and think you have some of the best reviews. Wondering what you think of my 6 ball league arsenal. Envy Tour, Scorpion Low Flare, Theorem, Spare. What would you suggest as my other 2? I’m low rev 15 mph off hand 250-300 rpm. Lanes aren’t usually flooded or get too burnt so I prob wouldn’t need something as weak as an Ocean Vibe or strong like a Widow 3.0.

So glad you reviewed this. I am really looking to pick this up leagues. Being a lefty tweener playing the traditional-ish lefty line I was hoping this might be money on house shot. I just am concerned it being such a high RG that it will go to long before making it's move to the one two Can't wait for part 2. Very helpful review. Thanks Jeff

I think the High RG does get it to lope a bit more, but the 2000 surface and it being a solid gets it to pick up earlier than 2.54 RG ball usually might want to. And even if it scoots a little past the breakpoint, it's responsive enough that it can still make it back to the pocket if you don't overthrow it.

Oh my God, you have a synergy, that was my favorite ball! Unfortunately it cracked on me in 2011. I'm not even gonna ask if you want to get rid of it, but if you come across one that's 15 or 16lb please let me know!

@@chipwhite7170 I think I might hold onto it for a while... I kinda want to drill it, but I also kinda don't! 🤣🤣
