@@baranitech1026 sir, if Ir+Iy+Ib is the formula used by relay to measure earth current, then if any one of the phase has very high magnitude than the other two(but actually there is no earth fault in the field) , will this be treated as earth fault by relay?
@@hariprasanth3958 on Measured mode it will considered . unbalance current as earth fault only. but usually the unbalance current will not be very high
At one substation 220/132kv ptr star star neutral was earthed and 132/33kv ptr star_star connected at 132kv side Wt abt current flow in balanced and unbalanced condition No neutral wire
when we connected with neutral earth at both end then it will take earth path if any unbalance current flows for balance condition there will not be current flow so no need neutral

If unbalanced load conditions when there is no neutral wire, how current flow in neutral in star-star ptr to star-star, both ptrs are neutral earthed

Sir, during earth fault, the phase which came in contact with earth will have the same angle which it had before the earth fault? Pls clarify.
If it's resistive Earth fault then they.will not be very much phase angle changes in phase current
