    @4:09 deep voice trick - a safe long term method is deliberate, exaggerated (big, wide, stretching) yawning - frequently / daily, until you're happy with the new (deep) tone - This is Morgan Freeman's trick to developing and maintaining a deep vocal tone.. He said the daily yawning relaxes the throat muscles + vocal chords, as soon as they relax, the tone drops.. The more yawning, (about 30-40secs mini workouts throughout the day) the more the tone drops until it plateau out..
    I'm female, started with a high alto speaking voice, out of curiosity tried this method myself . . . it worked for me.. I also learned that after I achieved the vocal depth I'm happy with, (low alto, totally had resonance) I needed to yawn for 30secs-ish every 2nd or 3rd day to reset tone depth..
    Hedzup - excessive yawning in one hit will cause muscle cramping around throat, it hurts; defeats the purpose for developing a deeper vocal tone aye 💞

    Minoxidil says you can only put the solution on the top / back of the head (the classic male pattern bald spot.) Your clips show you and someone else using it forward of that one spot. Can you vouch for that? Just curious if it can work for receding hair line vs. male pattern bald.? Thoughts?

    • @ARZiehm
      @ARZiehm Рік тому +1

      You can use it pretty much anywhere. It works on eyebrows, beards, front of the hairline, etc. I will say - if you want to use it, it basically helps maintain what you have and look a little fuller. It’s not a silver bullet and won’t save your hairline

    • @EE-jn8ku
      @EE-jn8ku Рік тому

      It definitely works for SOME, not all since not all of us have enough of the enzyme that minoxidil acts on to grow hair. For instance people put it on their beards and it does work but to keep results you have to use it for life.
      Minoxidil works anywhere not only the crown but you have to use it for life and it isn't effective for everyone. For instance I used topical minoxidil on my hair for 8 months and it did nothing for neither my hairline nor my overall hair thickness. Now I take oral minoxidil for hair loss as well as finasteride, if you only use minoxidil and finasteride it won't work as well since minoxidil works differently from finasteride. Finasteride addresses the root problem of DHT and prevents further miniaturization and loss while minoxidil is more of a growth agent that should be used alongside finasteride to get maximum results.

    I was wondering if a 12 year old like me could add a full body workout to the ppl workout split so like first push day then pull and then legs and then I add a 4th session with a full body workout. Should I do that or should I not (im 12 years old) plus I have football practice on the day I don’t go to the gym so and sometimes match in the weekends so I don’t know if I should do ppl (3 days a week workout) which mean I will have 2 REAL rest day (maybe sometimes 1) or should I do ppl+ 1 full body workout (4 days a week workout) and only have 1 rest day (maybe but very rarely 0 rest days but most the time still only 1 REAL rest day (I’m 12 year olds) so I don’t know which one I should do if anyone know plz reply

    • @zac4912
      @zac4912 Рік тому +2

      Hey man, first of all doing all this at 12 is insane! Props to you for starting young. Doing 3 workouts a week on PPL should provide more than enough muscle stimulus to a newer lifter so long as you are training close to failure. Adding in another workout at your age may not be the best option - dont want to overtrain and risk an injury. Plus 10 sets of an excersise that targets each body part a week gives 100% of the gains. And one set of PPL should be more than enough to get most of the way and get most of the potential gains. If you were to add in another day in the gym I would recommend adding in a 'strongman day' where you train deadlift, forearms and core. If you're lifting for strength this will be a game changer long run.
      However I have to say that you are still extremly young for a lifter. Be carefull! Make sure you are doing all your excersises with proper form and try not to take every set to failure. I'm sure other people in the gym would be happy to help you if needed.
      Goodluck, if you've got any other questions i'd be happy to help

They look nothing like todays ''chemical experiment gone wrong'' type of people :D Literally anyone can look like hulk these days by using some of those god-knows-what-it-is but losing a lot of hair because of that. I don't see any real purpose other than the same old: mine-is-bigger-than-yours competition. After 40 or 50 when all that matter starts hanging from those bodies they will look even worse imo. @@Phon-YT
