33° banking, converted to gradient, is around 60%. It's extremely steep. The steepest road I ever travelled on, is roughly 20%.
A running race would be cool around the track!

It's not, 33" isn't, but the cammera did rotate another 40 degrees after he laid down the spirit level....

Yea. Every time it’s featured on TV, it NEVER LOOKS THIS STEEP!!!
If they can’t run races at Talladega when it starts to get dark, then NASCAR should install lights so they don’t need to postpone the race and we won’t have races end early because of the sun setting.

@@JLukeHypernova simply because if a cup car or any nascar had lights it could turn into a endurance car plus if the cup cars had lights in night it would be basically “Blind” racing

We have 33 degrees of banking for high speed, but we're going to restrict them so the pack is bunched and wrecks happen for entertainment instead of opening the engine the package and allow the teams to choose how mild or wild they want to run.
When NASCAR did that they did for a purpose to slow down speeds because of one wreck that Bobby Alison ended up in the fence and Bobby ended up with a head injury which almost ended his career

@@OhRubikk Google always gets track facts wrong I've been to Bristol and asked the guy who works there and he told me the Banking was 36 degrees. The Banking is way higher in person than on TV.
