Much gratitude as our world is in such pain full of depression, anxiety, sadness, divorce, suicide, corruption, greed ~ painful living. Our need for mindfulness, meditation, stillness, community, love and compassion is so so needed.

Peace to my nigga JKZ! Mindfulness saved my life. Nothing beats the peace of mind when resting in the now and accepting whatever life brings us. (without an attempt to change anything and just be.) You still plan and set goals and mindfulness makes the journey not only more enjoyable but more productive. Peace.

This is really great. These guys obviously know their stuff when it comes to traditional Western medicine (all you have to do is listen to their little asides & explanatory digressions that are so characteristic of conversations with Scientists :-]). They exude the credibility that's uniquely capable of de-escalating the defensiveness and skepticism of Western doctors and patients towards these practices & perspectives. It's a truly transformational type of impact that they're having.

originality, mind, species, yes and not a fad because we are into our self, Mr. Zinn is right in using this word mindfulness. It would have been unthinkable yes 15 or 20 years ago because there was not enough compassion. Now is the time and the moment I believe that people are waking up to Interventions all ways best.Measures of compassion, that sounds so foreign to me that should be normal in every one,so if that is so, then this program is one that will help bring this out or can. Love it

Compassion, awareness, oh yes with out it there is not progress. Thank you Dr. James Doty for telling the truth. Transform the world through people transformation. Be assured it is a public health intervention tool.We are an extension of one another, I have learned through my work with victims of crime & being one. The mind has to be able to change, accept the awareness of what is happening and know that you can be OK. I use humor and pain awareness(zen),&God it has worked for thousands.
