Am too worried o, i just got mine and all options show well ooo. But now i put my chicken it doesnt bring out option, only the power button come up. Is it wrong bring chicken from freezer and put immediately
Maybe is becaus of wetness, i dont know

Hi, so usually I don't put frozen things in the air Fryer because the cooking cycle might be different. However, I'll say maybe check that the baskets are properly closed cos if they are not it wouldn't work. If it's just the power button showing, try pressing it, it should reveal all other buttons. Let me know how it goes.
