Maybe maybe not, The whole issue is the CEOs or so called the leaders of corporate world are trying to extract 80 hours out of you by paying 40 hours worth, once it comes down to paying 80 hours worth, they'll run away and probably will not advocate for 80 hours work week anymore, this happened with Uber initially when they started paying drivers by hourly basis, the accidents skyrocketed as people clocked 14-18 hours a day! Not because Uber wanted but just because they simply could. They want you to work 80 hours and pay you for 40, once you ask for 80 hours pay, they'll back off lol
In my opinion, corporations often aim to reduce their production and management costs, with the sole objective of maximizing output from minimal resources, i.e. employees. In a hypothetical world where working 80 hours a week is considered normal, they would likely push for 100. Still, if an individual attempts to work 80 hours a week, it becomes nearly impossible to maintain a healthy lifestyle or limit scope of personal growth. The hourly wage concept can work only if workers form a union in every sector and they force corporations for a 'minimium pay' per hour. And Indian workers won't rebel as usual, so yes this concept cannot be implemented successfully, bcuz government will favor corporations to pay as they like even per hour. Akshat isn't totally wrong, but in India their are no labor laws, so again a company can pay you just rs50 per hour and still will get some desperate person to work for them. The only solution is hindsight is workers making unions and asking for 'overtime compensation' in their workplaces, putting pressure on labor ministry to introduce the concept of overtime for salaried-class.

Corporate darinda ,,,sahi bole
Salary plus overtime above a certain hours. Maybe 8.
Full support to you bhai
India me log nahi samajh sakte. Bahut bewakoof hai hamare log.
Aree bhai keval problem he bataoge? Wo tho sabko pata hai. Koi optimal solution ho to batao. Agar itne he labour laws aur union efficient hote to na tum video bana rahe hote aur na hum dekh rahe hote😅. Aur haan work by hours shayad perfect solution na bhi ho but it will definitely work for some profession where high skilled work is required. Aur ye jo CEO and company owners hai na ,unki jaan to hourly pay karne mein bhi nikal jayegi. Agar 1 ki jagah 2 bande bhi hire kiye to kitna he kaam pay kaorge? Half salary karoge to banda aise he job chod dega, ultimately it will be causing them a loss for doing more hiring.
No. Implement hourly salary system for monthly salary too
Its like slavery with pay like to only eat then work

Akshat is totally wrong
@keshavbedi just because it cannot be implemented in India as workers here are desparate.
Got a new perspective
Viral ye video honi chahiye par abhi log USA ke example Dene me lge hai 😅
ki ghante ke hisaab se majoori denge.
For the last 1 years, 5 day- banking is the news but no action, work load is high and it will be otherwise why employers will be hired,
Can u tell me why they r not able to implement it??
Because they can't go back on it, once they implement it. Aur abhi karamchariyo me tolerance hai for 6 day a week. Agar apna akrosh dikhayenge, to implement karna padega
Brilliant Bedi Sir
Sir, mera paas ek aur problem hai Bharat ke unemployment ko lekar aur wo ye hai ki agar lack of skill aur jobs ki kami hona sahi mai ne mein ek karan hota toh itne sare vacancies government sector mein dekhne ko kyu milte hai?
Railway mein 2023 mein 2.5 lakh job vacancies dekhne ko mile the, 85,000 vacancies dekhne ko mile the CAPFs mein. Ye data 29 February 2024 ka hai. Source: Deccan Herald.
In fact, Government ke National Career Service Portal mein 10.9 million jobs vacant hai par job seekers ki sankhya Sirf 87.8 lakhs hi hai. Ye data 27 April 2024 ka hai. Source: The Economics Times. Ye thoda paradoxical Nahi lagta aapko.

Na na. Aisa nahi. Log jab cocky hoke bolte hai aur aadat se majboor hote hai tabhi mai lapete me leta hu
@keshavbedi Good Work bhai, mereko bahot saari chizen nahi pata thi tax, wealth distribution, labour laws wagairah ke baare me.
Thank you for spreading awareness.
keshav bhai, you seriously need to consider changing strategy to reach out audiences. Crap like Dhruv have million followers, while likes of you who articulate things well barely have few thousands of subscribers.
Konsi strategy
