Dino's Vault I owned TVS apache rtr 160 dual disc brake. Ride 10 months & 10,000 kms. At newer condition rear disc brake works sharply on gentle pushing. BUT now my rear disc brake is not working sharply even i changed pads and brake oil at showroom . I have to push my leg so much down for sharp braking and this is too much late for stop the bike . showroom says nothing about that Can you help me to solve ... Or send your opinion to mail i.d.

Even after so long, the advertisement takes the breath away with how well it is presented! The voice seems to be aptly fitting with the aggressive design and aesthetics of the commercial. I wonder why we don't see much of motorsport advertisements with that voice and appeal !

i have a oopinion to tvs motors that they should add ABS in apache rtr 160 also as a option as the bike always slips whenever i try to slow down the bike in any critical condition...
I have an Apache rtr(respect the rider) 180 it is awesome there is no other bike which can beat this beast there is no words to saw there is no bike to beat the Apache racer
We have gone from this to the 4v that doesn't do justice to the Apache design language. It feels like a disconnect in the series. Adding an aggressive looking plastic shroud for a tank doesn't invoke the same feeling. Hope tvs brings back the dual channel abs rtr 180.

Im from mexico and i got the 160 2v carburated. I can say to you that the vibration is there but is not something that afects the experience. I even do long trips with my wife and is a good bike for the price, before this apache i had a chinese 200cc OHV engine bike with balancer shaft, and had a lot more vibration than the apache 160 at the same cruise speeds. It was almost imposible to do long trips in that one, apache has a sweet spot at 6700/7100 RPM where you can cruise very confortable at 90/95.

Tvs rts 160 and 180 shoud be modified by company sir u shoud bring minimum 2 spark plug engine and atlist 180 shoud get oil cooled engine. And please fix that spark plug problem engine gets shot and plz plz plz sir try to solve vibration it vibrates a lot on higer rpm. 1 more thing if yamaha r15s and honda cbr can give liquid cool engine systerm why shoud tvs will be back after all its a (rtr racing throttle response ) if they can give liquid cool engine in 150 cc why tvs not gives liquid cool engine in 160 or 180. Tvs company shoud launch new features like fixing all prlm as i shaid in above nd adding liquid cool or oil cool engine in there 160 and 180 rtr series. Thank q

Apache rtr 160 is one of the best bike but there is some problem in handling and balance otherwise its a best bike in 150-160 segment. love it at all.
