  • Hello, UA-cam.
I made this so much more complicated than it actually had to be. You'll see if you're reading this before watching the video. Either way, hope you guys enjoy it.
The first time I tried it I used 2 tablespoons; add water until it is smooth enough to put it on your face. You really can't go wrong with it, I found that using your fingers was easier than the brush. You may want to mix it in a little bowl to prevent a huge mess.
The second time I used one teaspoon and added water until it was smooth enough to apply on my face. measurements were fine. You really don't need that much product. It just depends on what you prefer.
You can find the clay mask by clicking the link below:

I'm pretty sure the itchiness is because you have dry skin.
Clays normally take out the excess sebum from your skin. It's important to moisturize after using a mask. I love this mask too. It has good reviews

Don't use metal spoons or bowls in the clay. Metal effects the clay negatively.

Thank you. I wasn't aware of that. The second time around in the video I mixed it in the palm of my hand and have since mixed it that way. Made it a lot easier. 😊

Ruth Navarro I bought a bag of the clay and came across your video and I'm itching on my face too around chin lol and did not use metal so the itching is not from metal lol

I applied it to my neck and face tonight! My neck was SOO itchy, I had to wash it off that area shortly after applying it! Overall the mask worked well on my face! Surprisingly NO smell at all! You're right!!!

Hello, I think you did a pretty good job at this video but I do have a few suggestions as far as dealing with the clay mask wise for the face. Rhassoul clay unlike some other clay mask tend to be a little acidic because it has a pH of about 6.9-7.5 where as some other clay like bentonite are more alkali and have a pH of about 8.3-9.1 so this may be why you were experiencing some redness and itching. Another thing of course could be just from your skin pulling a little while the mask dries. Personally because the clay is more acidic than some instead of mixing it with just water I add honey and or use Aloe Vera juice in place of the water to kind of combat the acid level in the clay. I've heard some people say that using alkali water does the same thing but I haven't personally tested that theory myself. Any who I hope this helps and Clay on!

Thank you! Was definitely not aware of that. I'll try it with Aloe Vera juice. 😊

you are supposed to make it thin. she made it way too thick and she made enough for 20 people. I dont know why she made this look so insanely complicated !! you use 1/2 tsp of clay, add a little water or rose water and make a paste. no big deal. you might add a little extra to your nose. wash it off after 10-15 mins and use moisturizer. it's really not rocket science.

anastasia10017 It was my first time using it and clearly had no idea what to do or what "right" looked like. Thanks for the input though. Oh and it's definitely not rocket science; rocket science is obviously a lot more complicated than mixing clay and water 😊
