    Hi Pedro how are you? I have a question, what’s your recepy for pulling an espresso, and what’s the size of the basket that you usually use?

      I use a 20g IMS basket in all the machines to keep it consistent.
      And run 2:1 ratio for espresso (20g in and 40g out), using the came coffee on all videos.
      For filter, I do vary the ratio more as tend to use a variety of coffees.

      And what about the time? 40g out in 25 to 30 seconds too?
