Me too! I write summaries after reading non-fiction books. I highlight parts that I like then write about them in the summary. I use Libby. ALSO it’s good to hear that ur improving ur sleep pattern. Allah created the day for work and the night mainly for rest. So take care of yourself!!

My internship got canceled and I've spent the summer doing classes-- will this set me behind? It's giving me major anxiety. I'm not dead-set on the med route, since I want to go into research and MD-Ph.Ds seems uber-competitive. (My degrees are in chemistry and chemical engineering) Sometimes I just feel like there's nothing I can do to fix my path and it's ruining my productivity.

i was about to suggest Hydrous Benzoyl Peroxide for treating acne and it seems that you're already using it as well so that's good! that OTC medication worked wonders for my skin so i highly recommend it to anyone out here struggling with acne

Why do you use antibiotics for skin care that everybody goes through acne you as a doctor should know when you really need the antibiotic they wont work so well if you are in such a situation add to the epidemic of growing antibiotic resistance
