real nice J.D. 60 I'm knew to my J.D. "it's a 620". I was wondering why the steering rod goes thru the hood . How can I remove the hood then? only thing I can think of is pulling the grill sheet metal. and see if there a way to disconnect the steering rod. I want to cut and bend a piece of metal like you put on the front for a pulling clevis. I like that. how much did the radiator core cost?
I really like that John Deere 60 you have. I wouldn't paint it either, I like things to look original. I had a John Deere A at one time and a JD 60. Now I have a JD 3010. Nice video, Pete

Pete The Farmer thanks. I have no plans to restore it other then keep it in good running condition.
Its in good shape.... I dont nesicerilly like old tractors painted up either takes away some of their character
bigjohnypoper its the only way I remember it, used. this tractor did 140 acres solo for 20+ years
Did you replace the radiator core yourself?
