This video was a lot longer originally but I decided to edit a ton of footage out of it.

She does! Sadly, she wields it too many times in Tifa's face, knowing Tifa also likes Cloud. They sadly never did get to have that girl chat about boys, but my guess is that Aerith would've probably staked her claim openly regarding Cloud. And Tifa, the admitted people-pleaser and not wanting to risk losing two friends...would probably stand aside and let her have him.
Damn, that breaks my heart 😂. Especially as ai feel neither of them should be wasting their time on Cloud and would make a much better ship together, lol. They have a lot of moments that feels like them being just a little bit more than friends.

Shit is about to go very dark for cloud.
Don't know if you played all of Rebirth but there are some pretty dark moments for Cloud going beyond simply hitting someone.
To be fair, it will still get much darker from this point forward. And even in rebirth he mercilessly slaughters people and was fairly close to decapitating someone in cold blood.
Cloud already killed people (and the Temple protector) in cold blood I don’t know how much darker you want it to be.

I think Sephiroth might be regretting burning Nibelheim 😅. Ruined any chance he had with Cloud. Buuut...that's why there's multi-verse. I'd like to think that in one of those universes, everything doesn't turn to chaos. But then without that moment, Cloud would have no reason to interact with Sephiroth.
My head canon though is that Zack eventually introduces Cloud to the upper SOLDIERS and they officially meet that way. Sephiroth keeps it together on the Nibelheim mission and everyone makes it back to Midgar safe and sound 😅
