+Jose Vera 99.9 % of landings (not actual statistic but an example :P) are manually flown, ILS only means the airplane its using the Instrument Landing System for the approach, any airplane with the correct instrumentation can do a ILS, even small airplanes that dont have an autopilot.

May I ask what camera you used?
A Canon 5D mark 3 on a Glidecam stabilizer, 16-35mm zoom lens
