TexasHillbilly: thinking of you guys Tuesday at junkyard, there were 3 GM G-Vans at u pull it place with period correct Custom Shag Van windows that your Dodge with broken starboard window had.
The conical spray pattern is right, sometimes there will be a drip in the middle of the spray, you don't want that. Fuel pressure sounds good, don't know spec, just remember TBI is low
@@TexasHillbilly it could be a defective new one. Remember NEW stands for Never Ever Worked, LOL. Seriously, if it's aftermarket, I would be suspicious. It is also very easy to tear the lower O-ring when installing it. You would probably do better if you could find a good used OEM one. I know you may be grasping at straws as old as it is. I think it was used up til 94 or 95.
@@TexasHillbillyI had the same problem on my first car, an 85 Cavalier. Paid 50 bucks from advance, it lasted 2 days. ended up buying from dealer for almost 200.
Don't feel embarrassed about mentioning the alcohol. Y'all are an inspiration to people like me ❤
Appreciate that!
Fav cereal! Correct answer, but the best was the finish. Used the milk left over with coco to dip the peanut and jelly sandwich.
😂

The wife is looking forward to making a grocery run in it.
Great post guy's brilliant family fun, train them young so you don't get called out when they have their own cars. 😊. Gary 🇬🇧🇬🇧

Any worth saving?
@@TexasHillbilly couple hundred miles drive north for you.,but the windows are intact (not broken) with that 70s/80s groovy look.
I love seeing the family working together. Are there plans to paint the Omni,
Thanks! Yes, that will be the next Omni video. I just have to learn paint and body between now and then. Or wing it, hillbilly style!
That cap would definitely cause a loping idle

I did notice some drips. How could I fix that? The injector is brand new.

Will do. That new injector was a cheapo if I recall.

Where did you get your jack combo at
The hydraulic jack stands? They were a gift. I'm not sure where they were purchased. They are available in multiple sizes.
That motor rattle noise are (normal) noise. We had those european omni (talbot) and what i have hear others same cars... same noise
I wonder if its the fuel injector. I recall my 89 Suzuki Swift GTi having noisy fuel injectors.
