Spent an hour researching because I want to make my 43x into a 48, AND I want to buy a 43 (but I don’t want to buy a complete gun since I already have a 43x slide and will buy a 48 slide). Also, the 43x slide has front serrations while the 43 slide is pretty basic. Great job 👏

Although trigger geometry appears to be different, aftermarket triggers such as OverWatch precision tac trigger works in both. On the packaging it says for 43,43X, and 48
But the serial numbers wont match. Is that illegal? I just bought a 43x and the barrel is trying to separate at the end . Like fraying or something I dont know how else to say it. I called glock and sent them pics hopefully they'll call me back.
the 43x trigger pull is nowhere near as good as the 43 trigger pull. could one totally swap trigger assembles? or buy a g43 trigger assemble to put in g43x and end up with much better pull?
I believe they are the same design. Your well worn in 43 might be better because it's worn in. 🤷♂️ Check out some Johnny Glocks videos to know for sure.

So all you really need is the x frame if you already have a 43. But the serial numbers wont match.

43x frames are $140 on gunbroker but 43 frames are close to $100 get 43x then buy the 43 frame got mine today

They are interchangeable. We test fitted this at INPAX today. Did not live fire the setup yet.
