The 1299 S has it ALL , an icon A work of art, powerful, handles, light and so forgiving of my inadequate's ! cracking the throttle @ 120 MPH passing a vehicle , bike stand up on the rear wheel but so controllable. riding over 53 years, nothing too compare this to!!
In which gear and with or without clutch?
@@bruderrudiger9574 3 rd gear, Wheelie control on 1 no clutch, quick shiftier. Engine breaking has a lot too do with it as well. In race mode , No anti lock on the rear wheel. BE CAREFUL learn your limitation. the 1299s will chew up and spit you out IF you do not know how too control it. the 2020 V4s is a far more forgiving bike as well as my 2021 Street fighter V4s.

Every time I head to my local dealer they try to get me on the V4S but I had my 1299s since new and with full ‘Akra and a little carbon here and there why would I change?… I love my ‘Pani… ohh for a summers day…. Raining in December in Devon :(
I bought my 1299s new in 2015 and I still love it in 2023. I have no interest in the V4. They can keep them. The 1299 is the last of the real Ducatis. The big booming V-twins. Beautiful and brutal.

I have a 1299 and the stock pipes are so freaking loud. The only problem is you have 2 choices for exhaust and that's it. Both sets are well north of over $3grand. Uhhh how about "no"
