@@tun-tunninc.6492 so it okay? Most people want the tyranny. Most people wanted Hitler's Gestapo too. That doesn't make it right. To quote Benjamin Franklin " Those who would trade their freedom for security deserve neither" I'm sorry that most people who have been educated in America don't understand this. The first pillar of communism is education. In a constitutional republic the rights of the individual are protected above the will of the many. That is why we are not a democracy, but a constitutional republic. The founding fathers were trying to protect against this. They understood that true democracy is basically mob rule. It's sad that in America we would let this happen to a disabled child in the park and question if it is wrong

What disability? If feigning an injury and Iridologist will know. Many states in the US HC accept this to prevent health insurance fraud. Lack of basic working knowledge of the constitutional rights of a person. But sadly ignored by may egotistical officers, anxious to notch up arrests at whatever cost to the public. Does a police officer need a minimum number of arrests to get closer to promotion and a pay hike, or do they earn a commission per arrest, or just bragging rights. 'I arrested a suspected drug addict for carrying a piece of string, who resisted arrest I that's how I got my injury. Leaving out the fact that suspect was not an addict but autistic. Eager stupidity will get you nowhere, dismissed with loss of pension with dishonorable discharge if feigning disability. Charges brought for insurance fraud.

Here's the biggest thing that struck me, WHAT if someone was sniffing a string, seriously, did it require THAT level of force? Really? NO one around, causing no one harm, not breaking into something, just playing with a string and he sees this as a reason to stop a kid? Then after learning he has autism, and then again learning he is only 14, the officer didn't let up at all AND only did after the aunt mentioned his hand was turning white, which tells you how hard he was holding down on the kid. If they don't win this case, there is no justice.

There is no high issues with kids or adults huffing and sniffing stuff, in fact you rarely hear about that if ever, so this cop is legitimately trippin and talking out of his ass trying to justify what he did. It all sounds good, but is absolutely ridiculous. They just can never admit they messed up, it's always some bs excuse or tactic on why they did what they did so they don't into trouble, instead just arrest the innocent person and pile up unnecessary bullshit charges to ruin their life and future all so just to try and cover themselves it's absolutely pathetic and disgusting

A kid holding a string on a public sidewalk by a park should not be enough for reasonable suspicion to detain him and grab him and assault the kid until his ankle is broken and has multiple injuries on his back and leg. But I'm sure most Americans will make excuses for the cop.
