My dad told me in order to get used to it basicly what you were doing at beginning which is like doughnuts but slowly get wider and try to hold them as logn as possible and get them wide as possible and leave it going side ways and into another one and then figuire eights basicly but slowly going in and out to learn the feel of changing direction ect and throttle feel

When you release hand brake you release the clutch engaging gear then modulate throttle

My Bmw was lowered and had so much grip I had to kick down mid corner in medium rain to drift that thing. My MX5 drifts lovely in the rain with the 50/50 weight balance 😂
