    Ranveer beig a fan of huberman and a spiritual enthusiast asked that question about deep meditation,but this man explained it in the most simple and scintific way possible..this doctr is a genius..Ranveer wants to spiritualise everything,whats the prblm with him.he must understand our body is just a product of evolution it works on the basis of conflict and survival mechanism,pure biology and science..

    Neuroplasticity is a connection of two neurons. Neuroplasticity ko bnane me suru me discomfort lagega jayda will power ki jarurat hogi lekin jab hmara subconscious mind use krne lagega toh kam will kill jarurat hogi kyuki vah automatic hone lagega.

    If you are discipline enough then you u will b free enough .i.e you will get enough free time (freedom) due to timely action.. So make discipline a Habit to push it in ur Sub conscious mind.

    Thode points incorrectly mention kiye, isko galat words ko use liye to meaning and understanding change ho jaayi h.
    jab koi activity me zyada conscious efforts laggrai and ye repeatedly ye activity ho rhi h, then ussme energy consumption ko reduce Karne ke liye routines banate h. In this case, neurotransmitter relevant synapses ko "mark" karra hai (stage 1)
    Sleep ke time ye marked neurons ke Saath naye connections bante h.
    Also Cortisol bura nai h. Stress is a mechanism to activate executive functions in your body. Ye fight/flight response me use hotai to save oneself from danger.
