Discipline= freedom. Neuroplasticity is a connection of two neurons. Neuroplasticity ko bnane me suru me discomfort lagega jayda will power ki jarurat hogi lekin jab hmara subconscious mind use krne lagega toh kam will kill jarurat hogi kyuki vah automatic hone lagega.
If you are discipline enough then you u will b free enough .i.e you will get enough free time (freedom) due to timely action.. So make discipline a Habit to push it in ur Sub conscious mind.
