This is very good. I like the way you integrate the movements in a video with the explanation and details of the demonstrated movement.

Shua, man this is great stuff you have been posting. My best friend and I were fortunate to have trained at the Camarillo, CA Original Jeet Kune Do Club in the mid 90's. Our manager and his best friend at our first job at Taco Bell Lol in Ventura, CA happened to be taken lessons from Sifu Ted Wong in Marina Del Rey. This was after a seminar Ted Wong gave that they approached him and asked if he would teach them Jeet Kune Do. Ted Wong replied, "if you can make it out to Marina Del Rey for the lessons I'll teach you. Then with Ted Wong's permission they opened the Camarillo Original Jeet Kune Do Club. Ted Wong was our seminar instructor and would come to Camarillo, CA to give us a seminar. And of course you have the fools who are always wanting to spar with him because he was Bruce Lee's student and there was one who came out to the seminar with a background in Kempo. Finally after being pestered by this guy Mr. Wong finally gave in. They sparred for about 4-5 minutes before Mr. Wong had him on the ground. My best friend and I were laughing thinking what an idiot. It was great being a part of that and even to this day I have not seen someone demonstrate or teach the Jeet Kune Do lead straight punch or the cross punch they way we were taught. Thanks for keeping Original Jeet Kune Do alive 👍 keep it up for as long as you can.

Great Video. Could you explain the reason for preferring a Southpaw stance? I know it has to do with Bruce Lee's dominant side being closer to the opponent. But how do you use it.
