First used back in 1987! They're looking at running it on all the cars in the future.

It's integrated into the rain light. They trialed it 3 times last year (Stroll at Silverstone, Alonso at Suzuka & Stroll at Las Vegas) & they are aiming to roll it out more permanently on multiple cars this year with the target been Miami.

I saw them mention in another article that it's the same camera that they use at the bottom of the halo that looks back at the driver & which they have used as a foot/pedal-cam a few times in 2022/23.
