Hi sip or lumpsum. Mostly all recommending a sip. But anyhow market's will be increasing in long term right. So both is not a issue from my point of view .means if we have money we can invest in lumpsum in index right. If you give your views it will be helpful.

After SIP term is over or we stopped after a certain amount , our Index funds units will be in stay invested status until we sell them off or it will automatically redeemed and credited the amount to our account? 2. While we have a SIP plan active for a Index funds and if we buy the same Index funds' some units using lumpsum option, the total Units counts for that MF will be calculated including both SIP and Lumpsum buys as like stocks?
Accidentally My investing period coincided in march 2019, just I put 2.5L within 8 months of time when the market was bullish values were 3 times, I sold 50% of shares but I was waiting in the second wave but it was bullish only, every incidents are experience….
