Put stiffer foams in the tires, harder springs on the shocks and a small brushless combo for street/drift cars and you will have a cool little race truck😊
You should swap those axles into the new blazer now and see how it works with the brushless and short wheelbase.

Awesome video. I've ordered this kit for my fcx24 k5 blazer. For the longest time I've been wanting a legit way to lower it for more of a scale look and to run a smaller tire. I do like the fact 1st is a bit more usable and for me 2nd was always just a trailing gear.
I'm not to concerned with the way the steering link mounts,I feel like this will make you pay attention to your lines adding to the challenge!

Did it change the trackwidth from stock at all? Interested to know if it made it slightly more narrow
What is the wheels & tires size compared to the stock setup?
It doesn't matter if the steering link is low , that's a hummer, it's meant to be driven on the road 😂 definitely looks better like that

Looks good dropped down what size are the tires you put on it? I'm wanting to get one of these Hummers and I was thinking of getting some the 61mm GLOBACT "King Trekker" style tires and stretch them on some Injora 1.3 brass wheels. Definitely going to have to straight axle it now.

wow. that's a lot of slop after removing the portals. normally its the other way around. these minis seem to have more slop than the bigger scale rigs too... what's going on; makes me continue to question the rtr this year by needing to replace more parts than ever

@@RTmadnesstoo no I kinda got burnt out on the dam so haven’t been in a long while. Wouldn’t mind going back now since it’s been awhile lol
I only have a few fms k5s and a smasher. Do you know if the (FCX24 K5 PRO Brushless Combo Set) will fit right in one if these or other fcx18s?
Once the brushless kit is available on fms site, the $46.99 price doesn't seem too bad
