Your mom is so lovable. Please don't ever stop making the videos. Also, will you ask your mom if she will do a tutorial on how to make pahok k'tiss? That stuff is bomb but I can never get it quite right.
Thanks for the nom plae ai recipe. I developed an addiction to these during a trip to the Tonle Bati with friends last month. I had no clue as to how to make them and had forgotten the name of them. Now I do. Best regards.
Lol. I think your translation at around 3:02 was off. She didn't say to use fish as a filling. Just to make the flour look like fish eggs, because there was no filling. ;) Good video despite that, though. I enjoyed it. Thanks for the upload.
Thank you oum srey :) I've been looking for recipes for khmer food long time ago. definitely will make it this weekend. PS: you made me miss my mom so much, oum !!! I wish you healthy and god bless you :)
Thank you for sharing. I have been waiting for years for this recipe. I been searching for this for many years. It is one of my most favorite Khmer dessert. Can your mom adopt me? I can be the one to taste her food her. And you can be the camera guy only.
Will you please post a video on how to make jrooh? I can never get mine quite right. The vegetables I'm fine with (carrots, cucumbers, radishes, cabbage, etc). It's just ratio of sugar, fish sauce & vinegar I always have a problem with. Lol
I think you should of translated some of the things she mention. How you can't always use gloves. It's best to use your bare hands in order to make the food right. Overall, I love how your mom tell you to taste but you end up eating. Lol making us subscribers really jealous. Lol
