- Yoga can help reduce stress because it promotes relaxation, which is the natural opposite of stress. Yoga can benefit three aspects of ourselves that are often affected by stress: our body, mind, and breathing.
I've been doing this routine 3 times a week for years. Please never take it down. It's the best.

I love these yoga videos with the ocean in the background. However, I am sure it didn't used to have a lot of adverts in the middle which kind of stresses me out more than I was at the start! Is this a mistake? Thanks.
