You should see the ceiling of El Rancho market. Full of black dust debris, Back in 2016 there was an infestation of rats in the produce!! I’m really surprised that place is still open! Avoid that place at all cost!
A Kitchen Manager should have a Certificate of Serve Safe Qualifications and NO restaurant should be issued even a building permit, or lease without providing that Certificate & and maintaining employment of a Serve-Safe Qualified Kitchen Manager. I'd say at least half of all restaurants do not have a Certified cook, or they gave KM to unqualified over a Certificate holder, or they display that underpaid cook's Certificate without compensation.
