    In this episode, we bring you in-depth discussions from our video series "When the Smoke Clears," which focuses on the mental health challenges firefighters and EMS personnel face. This first segment features a panel of experts, including Steve Jones, Indiana State Fire Marshal; Tony Murray, President of the Professional Fire Fighters Union of Indiana; Troy Clements from the Pike Township Fire Department; and Dr. Bob Smith, a mental health specialist. Together, they discuss the current state of mental health in the firehouse, the stigma surrounding it, and the importance of open conversations and support systems.
    This episode is part one of a four-part video series that aims to illuminate the mental health challenges faced by our brave firefighters and EMS personnel.
