Should i upgrade it to a Zonda C12 S? My buddy oliver made the parts, so its print and play... What do you think? cults3d.com/en/3d-model/various/pagani-zonda-wheels-tyres-and-extras-x-aoshima-1-24th
I made a slot car kit of the Zonda some years ago. Used spray semi gloss black with a mist coat of silver for the carbon fibre effect and tamiya bright orange for the rest of the body. Tbh it's such an iconic car, any bold colour will work. Go well and keep up the good work!
Whoa, beautiful piece of kit. I want one. Hope I can obtain one here in the US without having to order overseas as I have had a problem with that during this pandemic period 😅. I'd say some type of green (candy green)color for the car would look great. That's my two cents worth anyway.
Ohhhh I will be following this build closely! Still have not build my huayra so this will definitely be inspirational! For colour I would say either the dark blue or the crimson/bordeaux red
I've built the huayra version and its a beautiful kit I also have this one put away so I am looking forward to seeing how excellent it'll look once you get started and finished with your touches, can't wait to see the build videos on your channel
The same thing happened to me as well when I built the huayra, the hood wouldn't line up properly and the same thing with the engine cover. I am waiting for my aoshima pagani zonda kit in the mail I brought it from eli express.
Well, here's to carbon fiber. Original Zondas were also CF masterpieces. Horacio Pagani's last work at Lamborghini was the Countach Anniversario's body updates, then he built his own company.
@@TheScalemodelingChannel He is. Also he's one of the reasons why Lamborghini is now as good as they are. He was the first oneish to start roadcars on the CF. Lamborghini, under VAG, have taken that legacy and run with it. The best CF tech in mass production cars, better than Ferrari. Of course in the limited runs there is the Koenigsegg that is the best and then almost neck to neck is Pagani.
@@jaanikaapa6925 I thought McLaren was the company with the best carbon fiber in the business. They are always claiming their carbon fiber is the best. I don't know if there is a way to prove this, but I do know they are the ones that pioneered the use of this material, first with racing cars in the 70s and then with road cars with the F1 (all under the guidance of Gordon Murray).
@@assoluto9327 Macca is awesome and I forgot about them. Their expertise is a whole package, ala Ferrari. Lambo's expertise is right in one thing, the CF stuff. On their normal road cars you don't really see what they are capable of, but when you look at the stuff like Egoist, Sian and so on.. As in one ofs and prototypes you see their true skill. It's in the complexity of what they're doing and how they're doing it. Koenigsegg is still ahead of Macca because they keep everything in house and also they've been creating new CF types, coloured ones and more durable stuff. Most of the CF leaps forwards seem to be coming from Koenigsegg, but since they're notorious for not sharing or licensing their stuff it's hard to say who the true king is. I'm just pointing out my opinion and thank you for the Macca comment. :)
Aoshima has done an amazing job on this kit as seen on video, I might buy this kit or wait for the Zonda F though Aoshima needs to make a Koenigsegg CCX, it's one of my favourite cars and it's absolutely outstanding in every way possible, it'd be great to see them make one! :D
Whether it's 1/24 or 1/1, the car is a bold design statement that only fails me when I turn it around. That rear treatment seems to have been borrowed from another car.
Does anybody know if there are going to be kits of this quality for the McLaren P1, Bugatti Chiron, Lambo Aventador SVJ & Sian, or any Koenigsegg? I personally like all these cars more than any Pagani.
That’s an awesome kit, I’m a hot rod guy so I have to fab everything lol. I can’t wait to see what you do, your awesome at your craft and thank you for the things I have learned from you for my own projects… love what you do sir.
Paint the exterior a Volcano orange pearl (Mclaren color) with Volcano black (Alfa Romeo color) trim, and interior white and black or parchment and black 🤔

Oliver needs to do a Cinque conversion next. I ordered two kits....you know, just in case.
Definitely upgrade with Oli's extras!

I'm not even a big fan of Pagani, but I immediately want this kit. That looks like an absolute treat.
Hi Tom.. just build this one as a C12 and a second kit as a C12s.. i would go for a gloss white exterior and a brown (Tamiya xf9) interior.
I can’t wait to see you build this kit
I think it would look great in a midnight purple type colour
So looking forward to watching you build this. I want to get one for myself.

Ooooo yes! Upgrade with the 3d parts for sure!!!
That kit looks farrrr too nice for me haha Looking forward to seeing it built to your high standard!
.
Mine has been stuck in Japan for almost two months now, I can't wait for it to get here.
Thw looks to be an amazing kit. Looking forward to this build.
It’s a gorgeous car! I hope it’s easier to build than the huayra as I had a few issues with that.

Horacio is a living legend to say the least.
I see many hours of carbon fiber decal application in my future😅

What a nicely done kit! Want to see It finished.

It sure would!
I'm really looking forward to this, I love Pagani's and the C12 has such a Legacy with its influence especially prevalent in the Zonda :)
Nice kit you should build what you like. Hamilton's would be nice. Surprised no Veneno builds. Fujimi has one. Cheers,
Cool choice of build there, I definitely vote for the extra 3D parts too ☺️ Great unboxing too, its good to know Aoshima made the pe set too 👍🏼
Are you going to make this next time? It looks pretty hard, but I think it'll come out well in your hands.
C is for Cristina, Pagani's wife the 12 comes from a specially built by AMG Mercedes V12, mid-mounted
Lewis Hamilton pagani look coool
Looks Pretty BAAADD-AASS !! Thanks For Sharing n Have a Blessed Week Ahead !!
Although I'm not really a fan of the car, this does seem to be an impressive kit. Eagerly waiting to watch what you do with it
looks to be an awesome build, either way, can't wait to see that build, thanx!
Looks like a nice kit! 👍
My orks would love this
Where can I buy this kit in the US without paying a fortune on shipping?
Can't wait to see this one
how are you?, you did amazing .see ya!. 🤘

I do hope this has better fitment than the huayra. But looks like a nice kit nonetheless
I hope so too!
