In this video, I will review and install the new BlackBoxMyCar BI-750 Battery Pack. This battery is used to power a dashcam for parking mode when the vehicle is parked. It has 25% more battery capacity than other brands on the market. This battery also has dual charging mode for extra fast charging up to 12A. See the full review video for all the details.

instead of buying the $300+ extension pack, I've had pretty good results using my $60 jump starter pack to power my BI750 overnight with no issues I plug the BI750 directly into my 18000 mah jump starter pack using a cigarette adapter and it charges and powers it fine.

i will be plugging the usb end into a power bar in the house
good idea. plug in a jump starter battery pack into the usb ports to charge it then daisy chain the dash cam to that.

I do not understand why these companies that make this kind of device could do something more attractive in prices. Who in their right mind is going to pay $ 400.00 for this device to have your dash cam activated?
There is no need to pay that much, with just a power bank is more than enough, as someone already said that with a $ 60 jump starter it would be more than enough.
Maybe this company should try to make cameras like the ones that Tesla cars have around the car, wireless with magnet, and permanent.
And maybe we would pay the $ 400.00.

it's not $510. It's $379 but I agree very expensive. Almost as much as my Blackvue DR-750 S 2CH.

I really like this but it is very expensive. I’m looking into DIYing a similar battery pack from a 12.8v lifepo4 10 Ah battery with a BMS, such as the Weize brand. I just need to figure out how to wire it so that it triggers the parking mode and provides power to the cam when the car is off, and then charges once the car is on. I assume I need to use fuses and maybe a small relay to do all this. If you can figure this out, please post a vid. Thanks!

Product is good but BlacBoxMyCar price is very high at CAD 490. Exact same thing is CAD 330 in Australia, after conversion... this is what happens when there is no competition.

Nice video. Do Blackbox indicate how many power cycles the Li Fe PO4 battery can take - more than the usual 2000 cycles? Or give an estimate of life time - 4 -6 years?
Since this was designed by the same engineer that designed the Cellink battery pack, then I would assume it has the same charge cycle of up to 3000 times.

Hi, I have a question about the BI-750 dash cam battery. I am looking to buy the Blackvue DR900X 2-channel. I want to have Parking mode always on 24/7. But I don’t drive the car much, sometimes once a week for one hour or less. What is the best option for my case? One option is to buy two batteries and connect one to the dash cam while the second battery being recharged inside the house. Can I recharge the BI-750 inside the house using a wall outlet with cigarette socket adapter? Thank you
I watched you do the Ivolt and this one. If I want to power the the rear cam Do I tap into the main power going to the main cam or is there a port to do both cams
$379 is so expensive but they gave me 10% off since my B-112 died after 3 years.

You can either connect direct to car battery OR to the fuse box. Not both.

I like it but don't want it to run off my cars battery. Don't wanna come out to a dead battery
The battery pack NEVER runs off the car battery. It charges using the alternator and then powers the dashcam when ignition is off.
