I've had mine for about half a year now and have used it every day for 8+ hours. Some people say the paint on the keys wear off, I have not seen that. Other people say keys just stop working, all my keys work great. Maybe I just got lucky with my product but the keyboard has definitely lasted me and I would recommend to others.
i thought the same, until it broke. its now one and a half years old and now unusable. multiple keys including A W and Shift are either not registering 50% of the time and worst of all the costumer support is terrible, they would rather lie and make up stupid excuses than to help you in any way
I got mine for almost a year now, and it looks and works like the first day, I just did a clean up and it looks like new, I really dont know what people doing to their keyboards or in general to their hardware
@@hii4973 Yup, same with mine. The keys stopped registering after about 1-2 months and only got worse since then. Almots all of my keys including the space bar only register 50% of the time unless I absolutely smash them
About the whole "bend the keyboard to test for build quality" thing: Some reviewers also bloody twist keyboards to test the "build quality". Like, I get, that you'd want to check how rigid the keyboard is, but I don't think, that either of these methods says anything about "build quality". The keyboard could be made entirely of plastic and have an amazing build quality, but at the same time still twist a little. As you said yourself, no one is going to use a keyboard by applying a strong force on the top midsection of the board and also no one is going to use a keyboard by twisting it. People usually use it by having it laying on their desk and typing on it. Unless you plan to smack someone over the head with your keyboard, I don't think it matters too much what the board is made off. And even then, maybe use something else for that. What I'm trying to say is: Applying pressure to the keyboard or even twisting it, doesn't say anything about build quality (how well the parts have been manufactured and how well they have been put together). It says something about the materials (a keyboard made of plastic will twist easier than a keyboard made from aluminium). But that shouldn't matter as one usually has their keyboard laying on their table and even, if you travel with it, the thing is still made of plastic and not paper. It's going to be fine. If you really want to check the quality of the thing, make another review after using the board for 1 to 2 years every day.

I'm thinking about getting this keyboard, just for the fact that I get a lot of crud under the keys, and cleaning it out seems so simple, even simpler with a can of air. Would take no longer than 10 seconds. Plus the assignable key color profiles... that seems badass.

FUCKi just realised my space bar was only held in place by the brown switch in the middle. It sounded terrible and i thought my whole keyboard sounded that way but i now that i fixed it it sounds very good.
I've had this keyboard for three days. the only thing i can't figure out is installing swarm. When the "Vulcan AIMO" program is installed, it can only be opened for 5 to 10 seconds, then it crashes. The lighting control is not accessible at all, which immediately leads to the program being closed. Apart from that, I am very very happy with the keyboard!
Just bought it today, it's for my birthday but I guess it's fine to wait a few more weeks. I got this and a razer basilisk mouse so I don't know if that is a good combination but I like it
I mean... Does it really matter how "rigid" and "robust" a keyboard is? What are you planning to do with it, sit on it? The only time you can feel the weight of a keyboard is pretty much when you unbox it or you move it from your table/setup/rig. The overall weight of a keyboard does not affect the feel of it while typing on it, the keycaps, switches, and arm wrist does.
I had the same issue. In my case, I used electrical contact cleaner to solve it (take the keycap and press hold the key which is not working and spray-in. You need the one which comes with thin straw) Still working now. But still worried at the same time.
Can you save the lighting profiles on the keyboard itself like Logitech peripherals and use it on different computers? I cant install that software on my work computer.
