I would put Tim Duncan as the best 1st draft pick. Mainly because he stayed all his career in the franchise and that is the ideal thing for a team in case of a hystorical player. Also, the Spurs had never won a championship until Duncan arrived. The organization proceeded to win the 1999 NBA Finals in Duncan’s second season and added four more throughout his 19-year career. Along with the five titles he won, Duncan’s awards include 15 All-Star selections, 15 All-NBA selections, 15 NBA All-Defensive Team selections, two NBA MVPs, three NBA Finals MVPs and 1997-98 NBA Rookie of the Year. Some of these accomplishments being records of the most in a NBA player.
That's a sick starting 5, unfortunately LeBron would be a baby with Jordan being the star. And prime Shaq would have gotten annoyed and probably knocked LeBron out cold on the first game. So take LeBron out and put Bird in small foward. As Birds defense and shooting ability would make that starting 5 alot better.
@@bruvimmaride3017 kareem had a magic and magic had a kareem. And even worse - Jerry won the FIRST Finals MVP given - on the LOSING team (though that was arguably yet another Bill Russell snub, Jerry DID have a strong case for the award that year).
Lakers Jerry West was the best guard in the league and Baylor the best Small Forward too. But their centers were out rebounded by Bill Russell and Bill our scored them too. Until the Lakers got Wilt. If they had prime Baylor, West and Wilt those Finals would have been mostly won by the Lakers. Bill Russell is why the Lakers got Wilt.
I have a debate to settle: AI > Harden and there’s a pretty large gap between them at the fourth and fifth (arguable between Harden and Drexler) greatest shooting guards of all time
Curry you got shooting and offball movement, jordan gives you scoring and tough defense, lebron for playmaking and driving to the hole with solid defense, Duncan gives you defense rebounding and touch around the rim, hakeem gives you rim protection footwork post moves. I feel like they would really be a functional cohesive team although there are top 5 players all time that would be a different list probably: mj, lebron, kareem, magic, russel/wilt

CONGRATS FOR 100K SUBS YOU DESERVE IT 👏👏👏
Hakeem was a monster and if it wasn’t for the Sampson injuries he may have had more titles especially going and taking Celtics to 6 games in 1986.
He would have bee in the goat discussion.Definitely better defensiv and offensiv player than lebron
"Still trying to catch that ghost... From chicago" 😂
Greg Oden is in this list in another universe 😢😢😢
Best no.1 pick is either Duncan or Magic. They both won 5 rings for the team that drafted them. LeBron might be the better player but he only won 1 for Cleveland.
Number 1 should be duncan or magic, lebron and kareem are better players, but duncan and magic had more impact on the frenchise that drafted them and led their teams to more championships, while kareem got only 1 championship with the bucks, and lebron first run on the cavs was a failure (not his fault but still a failure).
You deserve more subscribers, you have a relaxing voice!
It wasn't just the spurs tanked for Duncan, half of NBA team did that, he is that good as a pre-draft, sports media actually said he is a sure HOF before he even join the NBA.
Plus David Robinson only played 6 games that year because of a bad injury. So its not like they tanked per say. Plus you still have to win the draft lottery.
great video but btw 10:46 means gods name as jabbar is for god just for the future.
anyway keep up the great work
The big not very fun Fundamental is #1. Spurs lucked out so much with him. That franchise would be gone from SA if it wasn't for him.
Subscribed! You’re so good man. Quality content and a great voice ✊🏻
I believe Hakeem should be ranked a lot higher.
Its because he is african IMO
@@ViceAdmiralVasilyArkhipov wtf he is not better than Shaq tim Lebron or Kareem

For me it would be kareem 1 duncan2 hakeem 3 magic 4 lebron5 shaq 6
Robinson o ver Robertson? Hahaha good one!

CONGRATULATIONS for 100k 🥳❤
100k lets go keep the grind my guy we stay here till 1mil 💪💪
Many legends that don't win rings like Allen Iverson and you see bench players at a superteam win rings it's about talent and ability sometimes
I would agree on all except Kareem. Kareem should be the first. Sheer dominance, achievements and the way he changed the game.
Thats just me tho

Lets go I'm finally Early
One year ago I wouldn’t of agreed with this list.. but today I do
and now Lebron’s a Champion as a Laker 4th RING and 4th FMVP
Pg-magic johnson
Sg-micheal jordan
Sf-lebron james
Pf-tim duncan
C-shaq
Thats my top 5
That's a sick starting 5, unfortunately LeBron would be a baby with Jordan being the star. And prime Shaq would have gotten annoyed and probably knocked LeBron out cold on the first game.
So take LeBron out and put Bird in small foward. As Birds defense and shooting ability would make that starting 5 alot better.
42 comments for a good channel wow that’s rare
The first top ten I completely agree with
"One of the worst team" I like that one..
Damn good video. My order: Kareem, Tim Duncan, Magic, Lebron, Oscar, Olajuwon, Shaq, Baylor, Iverson, David Robinson.
What you smokin to put Lebron at 4
He is top 3 all time so to say he’s worse then Tim Duncan is insane
That’s a horrible list Duncan isn’t even top 10 wtf hahaha 🤣
TBH I would still pick kareem over lebron for now .... Great video though
I would pick kareem and magic and TD over LeBron for number 1,2,3 first overall picks
@@bruvimmaride3017 kareem had a magic and magic had a kareem. Lebron's has more longevity than Kareem and if no major injuries happen then Lebron will be the new holder of the most career pts, Lebron has better iq than magic and is barely below magic's passing ability, and lebron is a so much better scorer than magic. Tim Duncan had a David Robinson show him the ropes, he had a Popovich, he had a trio with Parker and Manu. Duncan was surrounded by great role players and the Spurs were a dynasty.
@@bruvimmaride3017 I'd pick Hakeem and Shaq over Timmy.
@@zeuslevizapanta197 And also did you talk about longevity???????????
Kareem Abdul Jabbar played in 20 frickin seasons fyi.

I like Tim Duncan. He mostly has that ( what you say mo fakka ) look on his face.
Big 100k keep up the vids
10:22 “won Milwaukee their first and only championship”
Yeaaahh about that
It was still the only title at the time this video was made.
I believe your list is pretty accurate. Good job.
Cept Kareem should be #1
Duncan for me the 2 Place , his style spurs Go on and on .... the Spurs are Highlight Moral . LBJ and Jabar goes arraound is Not the best Girlfriend , Duncan is top pick After MJ . Or Go Crasy with Denis Rodman , Green , Smart lets the dogs out
What are u talking about the spurs and Duncan are the most boring team and players ever they literally destroying the nba
Thumbnail go hard
Tim Duncan was a monster,
That's why hes the best power forward to Play the game
Ironically he played larger part of his career as a center.
@@IceMicko that was mainly at the end of his career when he was playing center, or alot his second half of his career. When he won his 2 mvps though he was power foward, David Robinson was the center.
No he wasn’t he’s the most boring athlete in history
If hes boring why does he have 5 rings
Great vid bro. I'll swap AI with Elgin, only because his iconic status and he carried a franchise for so long. However the list is accurate .💯🏀🔥🔥
Damn!! Can you imagine going to NBA finals for 8 times and then lose 8 times? That’s a heart breaking.
They lost to the greatest team of all time and the second greatest coach of all time.
Red was second best to only Phil Jackson in coaching in the NBA.
Gz on 100k
I have a debate to settle: AI > Harden and there’s a pretty large gap between them at the fourth and fifth (arguable between Harden and Drexler) greatest shooting guards of all time
1. Vinny Del Negro
2. Craig Ehlo
3. Cedric Ceballos
4. Vernon Maxwell
5. Ricky Pierce
You know what you are talking 💪💪💪
Finally a basket ball channel that doesn’t bandwagon and tell the truth and actually knows basketball
Tim Duncan is my most favorite.

What a hard list to make. No one could ever agree on one list
Best starting 5 of all time: c: Hakeem pf: duncan sf: lebron sg: Jordan pg: curry
I’d say Bill Russell, who is by far the best defender ever
Shaq, Duncan, Bird, Jordan, Magic.
Terry Stump no he’s not Ben Wallace and Rodman are both better defenders
pg.Kyrie SG.Kobe SFJordan Pf.Giannis C.Hakeem
7:35 look at those sandals, sheesh😂
Hakeem should b higher as well cause he came from the MJ class n no one complained then till now that's y he should b higher
Great list. Though the Lebron at number 1 is a bit too early. Stats-wise, he could be number 2. Accomplishment-wise at the moment, number 3 at best. My personal top 5: 1. Kareem (Arguably the GOAT toss coin with MJ), 2. Timmy (never missed the playoffs when he is healthy), 3. Bronbron, 4. Magic, 5. Shaq
Duncan never missed making the playoffs period healthy or not.
RIP Baylor🙏🏽🕊
Early Gang And Congrats On 100k!!!
