Guava leaves tea 🍵 is also amazing...I take that twice every week and it works well for my skin and hair I believe.

I drink a mix of rosemary, fenugreek, bamboo and ashwaganda tea with spicy honey. It's lovely.

I would love to see a wash day video, products that you use and how long it takes for your hair to air dry.
Bamboo is higher in silica than horsetail. I use to use horsetail until I discovered bamboo tea. Chagrin valley sells herbal tea rinses; one for dandruff, one for detangling and last one for stimulation. I use the stimulation one but will try the detangling one soon. It uses plants high in mucilage to aid in natural detangling.

I love teas they are good antitoxins. I hope I could get growth while drinking them. I heard Bamboo tea is good also it has a high amount of silica! Your hair is beautiful Sista! Love it is thick and healthy!

I stopped drinking coffee and started drinking Herbal tea because my Blood Type diet suggested it. The herbal tea I drink are not the ones you drink, because they are not available, but I will try to find them. This makes perfect sense that what we drink helps our hair. You forgot fenugreek tea, amazing hair growth results. Also, sage tea for relaxation. Lemon and ginger tea, rose tea, there are so many good ones. My staple is Hibiscus kick. Lemon, ginger, cloves, cinnamon, apple, and cayenne pepper for a nice kick.
