The presiding lady has failed herself by not keeping order in the room. Khaminwa just got tired of that kid standing next to Linturi. If the woman cannot see anything wrong with a small kid stand next to Linturi, then Khaminwa had to take charge and order the little boy to sit down. Take respinsibility Linturi and stop lying.
The young Counsel is not only standing while Senior Counsel is cross-examine the witness, but he's also pocketing.
