I am a Zimbabwean, and i just can't stop laughing at this overzealous MP who brings this impeachment process without doing proper research. Now he is being shredded left right and centre.

If you allow emotions to overcome you in court or parliament, the odds will turn against you, even if you have solid evidence and relevance on your side. A skilled lawyer's cross-examination could easily undermine MP Wamboka, making him appear like a gossipmonger with baseless accusations. Our MPs must not only possess reading abilities but also immerse themselves in thorough reading and comprehension.

The mover of the motion did extremely dismally, thinking that the documents would speak for themselves without adduction of supporting evidence.
Impeachment is very serious proceedings that must call for very cogent evidence if it must succeed. It's not just about whipping up emotions.
The only thing that could have saved the mp was time not his evidence. Pathetic.

The MP Wamboka seems to have decided to set Mithika Linturi free. He thought that public opinion is what counts and not what the evidence that he presents and how he responds during cross examination. He is actually a wild / rogue accuser. He doesn't impress at all.
Kenyans will never learn those supporting bad governance can be seen supporting Linthuri who is the accounting officer in Agriculture?
@@vindyken771 The back stops with the President. Whether the parliamentary committee voted to acquit him (as it is said they have already done) or not, the President can still force him to quit. The President will endear himself to the larger public should he force Linturi and his PS (Rono) out of office. It, however, appears the President believes the voting block that Linturi holds hostage (if at all) is too important to annoy. Sad.
