How are you hitting the bosses so hard? I've basically copied your build here and cannot get even Executioner down anywhere near that speed, takes a good few minutes and immune phase! :(
it happens to me too here and there! even if ya copy the build perfectly it'll all depend on them critical hits on the alt! sometimes the game decides to not give what you need lol
