  • Ingredients
    For cooking Mutton
    Mutton - 1/2 kg
    Pepper - 1 tsp
    Salt - 1 tsp
    Water - 1/2 cup
    Masala Powder
    Cinnamon stick - 4 medium size sticks
    Bay leaf - 4
    Fennel seeds - 1 tbsp
    Cloves - 3
    Cardamom - 3
    Pepper {whole} - 1 tsp
    Star anise - 2 whole
    Ghee/ oil - 2 tbsp
    Ginger Garlic Green Chilly Paste - 2 tbsp
    {ginger - 1 medium size,Garlic - 10,Green Chilly - 5}
    Onion sliced - 2 big
    Salt - as needed
    Chilly Powder - 1 tbsp
    Masala Powder - 2 tsp
    Tomato sliced - 1
    Add the cooked mutton with the stock
    Lemon juice - half of 1 lemon
    Curd - 1/4 cup
    Chopped coriander - 1/2 cup
    Chopped Mint leaves - 1/2 cup
    Hot Water - 3 cups
    Jeera rice - 2 cups {washed and soaked for 1/2 an hour}
