Sure. Example: let's say you are in the mix with both records playing at 33rpm. While you think that you have both records beat matched perfectly the truth is that when you do long and smooth blends/transitions between records there is a very good chance that one of the records will start getting out of sync by lagging behind during the mix. The trick is to catch this quickly and before the transition sounds like a total trainwreck haha (which is why constant monitoring is very important). So, you identify the record/deck which has started to lag behind and you use the 45prm button to nudge/speed up the lagging track. In this case you see him press and hold the 33rpm button then almost immediately a quick press of the 45rpm button to speed up that record and then take your finger of the 33rpm button. Notice that this technique is very quick and you do not want to hit the 45rpm for too long by mistake because you will speed it up too much and create yourself a headache by over correcting. Anyways, this is just one technique of adjusting a record while in transition. Many people use the spindle or the edge of the platter or the label and/or the pitch slider and *often* a combination of all! The idea is to get proficient at all of these techniques so that you have them at your disposal while mixing. Bottom line *practice makes perfect* and when playing records *you ARE the SYNC* :)
This guy is underrated in US. Just heard one of his tunes from Bandcamp. His sounds that he makes remind me a little bit of Pepé Bradock . Lmao Daft Punk would play this in their live sets - if they were to do a live set again .

Fritz is still a beast 💪 he’s back on the decks now too as of late 🙌
House music at its best.
I am more of a techno guy, but I must say that this is one of my favourite sets.. subtle & pure pleasure
best wrong-sounding music I've heard
One of the bests sets I've seen on here of recent times... especially from a young dude... killer skills + selection
man at parade is a legendary tune
NEW, FRESH, FUNKY, THE SOUND OF THE FUTURE? What a talent!
This guy is an absolute wizard behind the decks
19:50 How often do you see a DJ use 33/45 rpm buttons vs just the spindle twist and platter braking to fine tune his beat matching. Re5pect!
sorry I'm very much a rookie in DJ'ing would you mind explaining this a bit further?
