Well starting the new year with a rough chapter I had to have this chapter have a couple of takes because Roger had to be such a pain to recruit and he would be in range of archers for Ceada to make recruiting him unsafe and then would outright suicide into my main damage dealers thanks to him seeing high damage that he could do to them unlike Wolf and Sedgar. Even then as well I still had Caeda in range where she could have died but thanks to a lucky miss from the armor knight, I wasn't punished for the impatience of my misplay.
Wish I also particularly maybe had less spending done on earlier chapters for some weapons sitting in my convoy that I doubt will end up seeing usage, but I'm still pretty paranoid that I'll end up burning through my javelins rather quickly, so that's why I go decently hard on my purchases on them overall. But god I wish I could have had the money for a backup rapier, but oh well.
At the end of the map as well, I may have padded out my playtime here for the purposes of sending someone to their taking awhile death and to help out with general weapon ranks that are low at the moment such as Athena's lance rank.
Since Draug bit the bullet last map, even if it means sacrificing a speed point, Barst now takes the mantle as the new Pirate Boss with a Pirate reclass, but of course in my winning take in this chapter he ends up seeing little relevant action unlike my failed takes where he saw decent use and levels.
