You might want to write down the evidences used on each case too. - If you want it, there's a list somewhere on the internet of all the cases you can just shred immediately. You might want to look into it to help you get through the game easier. Then again, you are the Shogun, so I wouldn't blame you if you wanted to do it legit yourself. You'd be totally valid to get the help though.
Cory, when the killers get you in the night that is due to either you leaving a room dark or window unlocked/ open for the kidnapper, and if it's the doctor it is due to him being in the house already. As I stated in the last video, that jump jumpsare in the cameras is just a distraction it dont mean anything. What happened with the doctor to this video was, if he is in your room and says that this is awkward, he just got in and you caught him, if he peeps at you that means you were in a different part of the house when he got in. If he is in the closet, simply dont open the door just go back to the computer and work then open it next time you check the lights, wierd as it is he will leave eventually just make sure he isn't in there or anywhere else when you end the night cause he will kill you if you go to sleep with him in the closet. Lastly, you earn money if you get the extra reports done, you only have to do the gray folder amount to complete the night, but the money allows you to instantly gain certain types of info when you look someone up. Be sure to spend it, it makes this way easier if you don't know the case files, of which there are 200 for the system to pick through just so you know

If he appears behind a wall and disappears (The corridor) DO NOT open the door next to the main door. (Keep it open at the start and if it's closed at some point Tanner's in there. So wait 40- 50 seconds, and you should be good.) 2. Q-Ball: He'll try to lockpick your windows if it's dark in a certain room, you need to check the rooms quite often. This does nothing other than distract the player. He has specialised jumpscares for each region of the house and a pre-death jumpscare for the closet in the living room where he leans into view of the player from the living room and waves at the player down the hall. He will then dip back around the corner and hide in the closet. If the player opens the closet it will immediately result in a jumpscare and death. If you do not open the closet and continue with the game he will leave. There's another jumpscare, but from the spare bedroom. He will exit the room and stand at the end of the hall, and wait for the player. Entering the hall will result in an immediate jumpscare and death.

Here's some tips for you, Cory: When you know the doctor (Tanner) is in the closet, do NOT open it up, just continue to do the reports and he will end up leaving. Also, before you finish all the reports, check to make sure all the lights are on so you won't get kidnapped (by Q-Ball/Tip!). I've seen DomPlays with one of the windows by the computer open so he can hear the footsteps outside better, so maybe do that to help.
Cory, the reason he didn't enter the closet was, because you flash him with your flashlight (while he was peaking over the wall). If you miss that opportunity to flash him he waits in your closet. AND there is no reason to check the closet ever. So I recommend you never look in the closet, and just flash him if he looks over the wall. When he walks out the bedroom thats an auto death. And about the kidnapper, i think he appears because you dont check the rooms enough times. Maybe check before finishing the last case or a few times in the middle of each case? As the nights go on, obviously gonna have to check more frequently for those 2. And since your on night 3 you need to step it up and search around more. Gotta check the cameras more often, and the bedrooms. All this while finishing all the necessary cases before time runs out. Anyway, other tips: A running strategy everyone is using would be to write notes about cases you already solved and write down the solution to it (like what evident was needed in particular), and most do it on notepad so you can search for a specific entry with the "search bar" functionality. On paper would be hard because there are like 200 unique cases, so keeping track of them all will be very difficult.

Cory here is a little tip for you to beat the night: if Tanner(lucky charms) peeks around the corner at you he is most definitely in the closet that was right there. However if you leave him in the closet and don’t open the door, and continue working Tanner will just leave. Also leave all the closet doors open so you know if Tanner could be binding in one of the other closets( that closet will be closed while all others are open) you can hide in another closet and wait for them to leave.(not sure if it actually works tho) Also if Tanner jump-scares you in the camera he is just saying hi, it’s basically the equivalent of him saying he couldn’t get into your house and is going to try again later. You can also leave the window next to you open so you can hear the sound cues of people trying to get into your house, because otherwise it is muffled, but you have to remember to close and lock it when you get up to check your house.
I’d like to add to this: BEFORE YOU SUBMIT/SHRED THE LAST REPORT MAKE SURE ALL THE LIGHTS IN THE HOUSE ARE ON! If even one light is off when the final report is finished it is an automatic game over every time. If you fail to turn on the lights you will die again like you did at 9:19

You don't gotta worry Cory, whenever he goes inside your closet, just leave him there. As long as you don't open the door to let him out, you good. He won't attack you, and you can go about your night as long as the door remains closed. And what's good, is that he resets the next night. So after you beat the night, and you go to check the closet the next night, he won't be there. What's best, is that when he's in the closet, you only have to worry about the Kidnapper, so it's always a good thing when he goes inside your closet.
Tips for Cory: - open all closet doors at the beginning so that when they are closed - the KILLER is inside - turn on all lights, lock all windows at the beginning and then only check for lights. If they are off - check the WINDOWS - check the cameras from 30 seconds to 1 minute : Tanner (serial killer) is gonna try to get you (flash him, but only for a sec or 2)
Tip: Do not open the closet door when the Leprechaun man is in it he's basically gonna chill in there (probably sleeping lol) Always check the windows constantly same thing for camera's cause then the leprechaun man will slither himself in without you noticing when the Leprechaun man jump scares you in the camera's it's a decoy that let's you become scared or something which is basically a useless thing also this isn't really a tip but if you use the middle button from your mouse it opens the curtains ._. hope this helped
no but the thing is, his internet went off just right after he checked the security cameras where he shooed the doctor away. and then right after that, he left and went to restart the wifi and the mfer is back there again. How are you supposed to avoid that? I think I'm just as confused as cory is.

(If he’s hiding in the closet, you can continue working on the files! He will leave!) "Baldi's basic kidnapper: Yeah, you did great. You want to flash him whenever you see him by a window. I suggest moving quickly, opening rooms, and checking if the lights are off; don't bother going in every room unless you need to open the lights. The lights being turned off as well as the car noises are signs that Baldi's nearby. Again, check windows, not doors". "Report files: you have a quota to finish per night, you lost the first time because you weren't able to submit the amount needed for the quota. 1. Tanner (AKA Lucky Charms): When lucky charms peeks around the corner do not ever open that closet until you see him somewhere else. If you ignore him and keep on working he wont get you. So basically ignore him if he peeks the corner and keep on working .
2. Kidnapper (AKA Q-Ball): Before you enter your last report check to make sure all the lights are turned on, because if you don't Q-Ball will get in and kidnap you while you are sleeping and you will lose.

Here's some tips for you, Cory: When you know the doctor (Tanner) is in the closet, do NOT open it up, just continue to do the reports and he will end up leaving. Also, before you finish all the reports, check to make sure all the lights are on so you won't get kidnapped (by Q-Ball/Tip!). I've seen DomPlays with one of the windows by the computer open so he can hear the footsteps outside better, so maybe do that to help.

Cory, the reason he didn't enter the closet was, because you flash him with your flashlight (while he was peaking over the wall). If you miss that opportunity to flash him he waits in your closet. AND there is no reason to check the closet ever. So I recommend you never look in the closet, and just flash him if he looks over the wall. When he walks out the bedroom thats an auto death.
And about the kidnapper, i think he appears because you dont check the rooms enough times. Maybe check before finishing the last case or a few times in the middle of each case? As the nights go on, obviously gonna have to check more frequently for those 2. And since your on night 3 you need to step it up and search around more. Gotta check the cameras more often, and the bedrooms. All this while finishing all the necessary cases before time runs out.
Anyway, other tips:
A running strategy everyone is using would be to write notes about cases you already solved and write down the solution to it (like what evident was needed in particular), and most do it on notepad so you can search for a specific entry with the "search bar" functionality. On paper would be hard because there are like 200 unique cases, so keeping track of them all will be very difficult.

Cory here is a little tip for you to beat the night: if Tanner(lucky charms) peeks around the corner at you he is most definitely in the closet that was right there. However if you leave him in the closet and don’t open the door, and continue working Tanner will just leave. Also leave all the closet doors open so you know if Tanner could be binding in one of the other closets( that closet will be closed while all others are open) you can hide in another closet and wait for them to leave.(not sure if it actually works tho)
Also if Tanner jump-scares you in the camera he is just saying hi, it’s basically the equivalent of him saying he couldn’t get into your house and is going to try again later.
You can also leave the window next to you open so you can hear the sound cues of people trying to get into your house, because otherwise it is muffled, but you have to remember to close and lock it when you get up to check your house.

I’d like to add to this: BEFORE YOU SUBMIT/SHRED THE LAST REPORT MAKE SURE ALL THE LIGHTS IN THE HOUSE ARE ON! If even one light is off when the final report is finished it is an automatic game over every time. If you fail to turn on the lights you will die again like you did at 9:19

You don't gotta worry Cory, whenever he goes inside your closet, just leave him there. As long as you don't open the door to let him out, you good. He won't attack you, and you can go about your night as long as the door remains closed.
And what's good, is that he resets the next night. So after you beat the night, and you go to check the closet the next night, he won't be there.
What's best, is that when he's in the closet, you only have to worry about the Kidnapper, so it's always a good thing when he goes inside your closet.

- turn on all lights, lock all windows at the beginning and then only check for lights. If
they are off - check the WINDOWS - check the cameras from 30 seconds to 1 minute : Tanner (serial killer) is gonna try to get you (flash him, but only for a sec or 2)
