  • Guys! Sorry for not posting these last few weeks. Life got busy for a while but i thought it’d be beat to give it a month before another update.
All these monster fish are doing really well with an exception of 1 tank. Trying a new planted tank & there might be some new fish coming in the next few weeks :D

The palm fronds look pretty cool mate, I might have to give them a go. An update on how the methylene blue went would be appreciated.

Also maybe try some Melafix for the parasites(white bumps) usually helps,.. I have seen some similar that were some type parasite,. However they layer dormant in the fish for the life of the fish and none of tankmates caught it,.. sometimes it's just hereditary , not much can be done. Pimafix, Melanie, methelene blue are best options imo,.. Also try lowering the water temp about 8-12° in the red face tank,. Sometimes will spark a spawn, like when seasons change?. I have used that many times to get Electric Blue Acaras to spawn,. Even Angelfish that were finicky started producing after a 20% cold water change,..

Looking good bruh, looking good 👍🏽. What size tanks you keep the red terrors and the finestradas in? When my fish had those little white lymphocytes on them I treated them with intervals of Melafix and salt. Good luck bruh, hope your fish the best.

Hey curious if u know that methelene blue kills all your biological bacteria in your tank?? I have seen fish keepers put in a 3-5yr running tank and have massive tank crash.. be careful when using it. I use it in bare bottom quarantine tanks only,..
If I get ick(white spots) I generally raise temp 12° higher and add salt ,. teaspoon for every 5 gal. It works out great! Within a day spots(ick parasite) fall off and get vacuumed out of the tank. I hope u find this useful..
u have excellent fish bro 👍👍..

Thank you so much! Yes it did crash and had to buffer back up so really appreciate the tips. All fish are ick free now
